My commitment is to provide excellent legal service at an affordable rate. You will encounter a wide range of pricing options for legal services and I am certain that my rates are competitive.
How much will this cost?
Every case is different. Therefore, it is difficult to tell you ahead of time what your unique case will require and what it will cost for me to handle it competently.
However, when I am able to, I prefer doing a flat fee arrangement. This takes the guessing game out of how much it will cost you to get a desired result.
Enough already, what are the rates?
My bankruptcy rates vary based upon complexity, but my starting rate for a Chapter 7 filing is $795.00. This amount excludes the filing fee and costs of credit cancelling, financial management class and credit check.
An example of a basic Chapter 7 case (involving no real property, community property or novel and complex issues) would be:
$795.00 Attorney Fees,
$299.00 Chapter 7 filing fee
$35.00 Credit Report
$50.00 Credit Counseling Fee (payable to Counselor)
$50.00 Financial Management Course (payable to Course)
TOTAL: $1229.00
